We act as an intermediate between users, hotels and other accommodation providers, in order to provide our users with the possibility to search and book accommodation online. Our service is based on information provided by the accommodation providers. Although we do our utmost best to ensure that all information provided on this website is accurate, we cannot guarantee that all information is comprehensive and error-free nor can we be held responsible for interruptions or non-delivery of information.
2. Privacy. We will not give your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.
3. Free of charge. Our service is free of charge. Unlike many other parties, OKBookIT will not add any additional fees, like a reservation fee, to the quoted accommodation price.
4. Cancellation. Please follow the instructions in the confirmation email in case you need to cancel your stay. If you cancel according to the cancellation policy of the accommodation provider, it will be free of charge. We recommend you contact the accommodation provider to find out about their cancellation policy. If you cancel later than requested or do not show up, the accommodation provider may charge you a fee, which is often equivalent to a 1-night stay. Note, OKBookIT will not charge you any cancellation fee whatsoever.
5. Disclaimer. The OKBookIT website has been compiled with the greatest possible care. Our services are based on the information provided by accommodation providers; for this reason the accommodation providers remain responsible for the correctness of information. Accommodation providers can alter the information about their accommodation, such as prices and availability, at any moment. We can therefore not guarantee that all the information is accurate and faultless, nor can we be held responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the supplied information.
